Turnaround is counted in business days from the day your case reaches the bench, not the day you call. Rush service is available on most work for a flat same-day fee.

Cases received before 10:00 AM start the same business day. Call the lab for rush availability and current fees.
Getting cases to us
Local Pickup & Delivery
A scheduled pickup-and-delivery route across our service area. Call before your cutoff and we’ll add a stop — no charge, and we bring the finished case back.
Prepaid Shipping
Outside the route, we ship two-day both directions and keep your office stocked with prepaid boxes and labels so a case never waits on supplies.
Rush & Same-Day
Emergency repair, a patient flying out, a delivery appointment you can’t move — call us. Most rush work goes back the same day for a flat fee.

Free local pickup and delivery across our Alabama service area. Everywhere else, two-day prepaid shipping both directions — no practice is out of reach.
